Treatment Philosophy

Rebecca believes that empowerment is of primary importance in health care. To achieve this aim, she learns about and works together with patients, to achieve their optimum health state – mind, body and spirit. She provides sustainable, practical, applicable and down-to-earth treatments and advice that align with individual circumstances, to create highly personalised health care for patients. With over 12 years’ experience, she has treated thousands of clients with diverse backgrounds and health issues. Rebecca has interests in herbal medicine and bodywork from all cultural backgrounds and believes that when it comes to health, you never stop learning. She incorporates traditional Eastern philosophies with modern, up to date health information and believes that communication is the key to empowering patients to make informed decisions and regain autonomy surrounding their own health. Rebecca is particularly passionate about food, and believes that all medicine does not have to taste awful.
